An alumnus of University of Memphis, a Juris Doctorate, Steve carries over 27 years’ experience in corporate law covering aspects of securities, contracts, mergers and acquisitions across various sectors and industries in USA. He serves as General Counsel to private and public companies including retaining, directing, and monitoring all legal aspects of corporate functioning of such companies, including but not limited to legal functions of human resources, contracts, regulatory agencies, and various other functions.

Specialist in negotiations and litigations, complex commercial contracts management, assets and stock purchase agreements, financial documents assessments, operating agreements, real estate agreements, and overall corporate governance of successful companies.

Steve has worked on over 100+ mergers and acquisition transactions over his career period, including legal due diligence, transactional documentation, and background reviews of assets for purchase.

He has also led several public and private companies’ formation that has successfully been launched and taken to the public market through Initial Public Offerings, Reg A, S-1, in various stock exchanges in US. Represents various companies and clients to regulatory agencies such as SEC and FINRA.
